Updated: Apr 7

It is that time of year again and we are excited to host our Annual Easter Egg Hunts at Forest Oaks Park.

Event Info:

When: Saturday, April 12 from 10 a.m. - noon

Where: Forest Oaks Park

Cost: Free for WCID110 residents and their invited guests

Event specifics can be found online at https://www.wcid110.com/easteregghunts and we will continue to post any updates for the event on this site. We will have our traditional carnival-style games, trackless train, hayride, photo booths, free drinks, Texas Snake and More, and community engagement with your neighbors!

Parking: the main park parking lot and adjacent parking lots next to and in front of the Maintenance Building will be limited to our event vendors, handicap, seniors, and those with mobility issues. All other parking is allowed in the lower tennis parking lot, Lemm Elementary parking lots, or along Cypress Oaks Dr.

We want to thank Gringos TexMex for their support of our Wooden Easter Egg Decorating Competition. If you are interested in participating, that information is also on the landing page for the event.

We also want to thank Jeremiah's Ice for participating this year and they will be selling product at the event, so bring a couple of bucks to get a snow cone.

We continue to get tremendous support from Klein Collins FCCLA student volunteers and Klein Oak Student Council members who participate as game facilitators, so thank you in advance to all of those amazing young students who make this event so much fun.

This year, we also have a vendor fair that will be located near the park entrance. As of now, we have four local vendors who are signed up to sell items. Vendors will be selling sourdough bread, crochet items, jewelry, and more! Please take some time during the event and visit with these talented vendors and support their business. If you or someone you know is interested in participating in the vendor fair, please feel free to share with them. All information is on the event landing page.

More info will be sent out closer to the event related to event updates (fingers crossed for continued amazing weather), parking, and more.
