Beryl Updates - Wednesday, 7/10 @ 8:20 p.m.

Admin office does not have phone or internet, so we cannot answer calls or check/respond to any emails. We can only do updates remotely, so we will do our best to provide as much information as possible. Follow us on Facebook for more update @WCID110Recreation

  • Cooling Station and Electronic Device charging

  • Wed., 7/10/24

  • Classroom of the Maintenance Building right next to the wastewater treatment plant (627 Cypress Oaks) will be open from 4 - 9 pm. for all residents. It is not a large room, but we will do everything we can to accommodate everyone who needs it.

  • Thursday, 7/11/24

  • Clubhouse will be open from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. for residence who need it.​

  • Ice machine will be available as long as there is ice...it is struggling to keep up with demand, so we apologize in advance.

  • Friday, 7/12​

  • Clubhouse will be open from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.​

  • Saturday, 7/13​

  • Classroom at Maintenance building will be open from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.​

  • Sunday, 7/14

  • Clubhouse will be open from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.​

  • Power​​

  • We have no updates from CenterPoint.​

  • If we get any information, we will post it immediately.

  • Debris Pick-up​

  • Right now, we are tentatively scheduled for debris pick up on Saturday, July 20.

  • Best Trash is booked solid and this is the earliest they can get to our district.

  • We will have a second round of debris pickup the week of July 22 but do not have a secondary date as of now.

  • Forest Oaks Gym

  • Open normal hours.​​

  • Forest Oaks Tennis Courts

  • Wed., 7/10 - closed for remainder of day...we were able to get the huge hanging branch down from the gate area but still need to clean the area of debris.

  • Thursday, 7/11 - will reopen around noon.

  • Forest Oaks Pool

  • Closed until further notice

  • Forest Oaks Park

  • Closed until further notice. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay out of the park.​

  • Our goal for Thursday, 7/11 is to clear debris from the front area of the park from the entrance gate to the bathroom. If we are able to do that, we may be able to reopen the front area of the park only on Friday.

  • There are still a number of trees down but have been able to cut and move most of them.

  • There are still a number of hanging branches that we need to try to get down, but aren't able to do so right now.
