WCID110 Hazard Mitigation

WCID110 Hazard Mitigation Plan Finalized

The Hazard Mitigation Plan was submitted for review by FEMA and the State of Texas Emergency Management. The plan was approved on December 19, 2024. Now that FEMA has approved our district plan, the WCID110 Board of Directors will formally approve the plan at the January 8, 2025 meeting.

Once approved, the District will begin to pursue grant programs based on our plans. Working with our Hazard Mitigation Planning Committee along with other entities, we will begin to create proposals to submit for future hazard mitigation programs and funding for projects.
